Brendan Mallen, CPP

Director & Co-Founder

A co-founder with over 40 years' experience, Brendan is a retired Defence Forces Captain who served in Ireland's tier one special forces unit (Army Ranger Wing) and worked as an explosive ordnance disposal specialist. He spent five years as a police officer and holds a BSc in Physics.

He achieved Certified Protection Professional (CPP) status in 2001 and was awarded Security Professional of the Year at the World Association of Detectives Conference in 2010.

Joe Cully

Director

Joe joined in 2010 following 17 years with the Defence Forces, including three UN overseas tours in Lebanon and Western Sahara. He held senior management roles at FreightWatch, Ericsson, and IBM, and spent four years with an African financial intelligence agency.

He holds a BA in Economics and Geography and CPP certification.

Lee Brandon

Director of Operations

Joining in 2023, Lee brings over a decade of international protective services experience across 20+ countries. He holds an MSc in Security Management and Intelligence, a Professional Diploma in Project Management, and CPP certification (2022).

He serves as ASIS Ireland Chapter Chairman and is the recipient of the prestigious Imbert Award for his thesis on intelligence consumption in corporate security.
